I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the Pyrenees, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as I expected, and the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement.

The hotel was perfectly located in Illixon Luchon, making it easy to explore the stunning Pyrenees. The rooms had disabled facilities in the bathroom which was appreciated, but they were not very clean, which was a letdown. The service was excellent with staff being really friendly and helpful, especially with my broken French. Overall, it's a good spot for a ski trip but could improve on cleanliness.
